In recognition of the activities of Shibuya Productions, Mr. Cedric Biscay, CEO and President of Shibuya Productions, was awarded the 2019 Foreign Minister's Commendation by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This award was presented on behalf of the Minister by His Excellency Ihara Junichi, Ambassador of Japan, in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, Mr. Louis Ducruet , Mr. Gareth Wittstock as well as other personalities.
