We have just learnt today that H.S.H. Prince Albert II has awarded the Order of Saint Charles to Cédric Biscay, President & CEO of Shibuya Productions and founder of MAGIC.
It is the highest recognition of Monaco to reward merit and recognize all help provided to the state or the Prince Himself.
All Shibuya Productions and MAGIC’s teams are welcoming this reward with great pride. As a nod to this honor, we are sharing this memory of the official video recorded during their last public appearance together. It was last June during the Television Festival of Monte-Carlo’s closing ceremony, highlighting the announcement of the new series Astroboy Reboot made a few days earlier.
On November 16, the Women’s Rights Committee of the Principality of Monaco announced on its Twitter feed to have chosen Mr. Cédric Biscay, President of Shibuya Productions and creator of the manga Blitz, as Ambassador.
This is a governmental entity in charge of women’s rights in the Principality of Monaco, whose mission is to fight against violence against women and promote equality between women and men.
Shibuya Productions, as well as Cédric Biscay, are honored to have been asked to be Ambassadors.
