On November 16, the Women’s Rights Committee of the Principality of Monaco announced on its Twitter feed to have chosen Mr. Cédric Biscay, President of Shibuya Productions and creator of the manga Blitz, as Ambassador.
This is a governmental entity in charge of women’s rights in the Principality of Monaco, whose mission is to fight against violence against women and promote equality between women and men.
Shibuya Productions, as well as Cédric Biscay, are honored to have been asked to be Ambassadors.
