Shipuya Productions is developing its latest sports (heptathlon) game, ActiVSeven Heptahlon, to be released this sumer. The production of this game was announced and play-tested on the occasion of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace. The Monaco delegation to the United Nations also participated in the playtest to mark the occasion and demonstrated the game.

The game application is available for both Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Based on the principle of isometric exercise, the game uses a connectede device called “Activ5” to perform physical exercises. It is a very compact, pocket-sixed strength training device. Isometric exercise is a type of strenth training, also known as “static strenght training” because they it is performed while maintaining a certain posture without contracting the muscles. Unlike the conventional image of sports, it si expected to be supported by many people in the near future as a “new type of familiar sports item” that allows people to casually improve their muscle strength while having fun anytime and anywhere.
